Retreats

In my workshops, intensive, continuous work takes place within a group in order to strengthen and align the personal growth potential, including the body chemistry. A group dynamic can lead to potentiated energy amplification and enrich your experience to a degree that you would not experience alone. Retreat: Treat yourself to a time out! A time of withdrawal from everyday life and letting go. Experience a time fir inner retrieval, a space of mindfulness, self-awareness, reflection and returning to yourself. A spiritual pause that allows to clear your mind, connect you to your body and nature. Come back to the essentials. Such a spiritual break allows you to clear your mind, to consciously connect with your body and the forces of nature. My retreats include selected practical exercises, conscious movement, periods of silence, guided meditations and findings from modern consciousness and brain research. They take place in protected rooms at special places of power.
