Music can move, touch, motivate and change people. Larissa Israel von Trotha knows these different effects of music. She is a sound healer and knows why her work is more than just a wellness program; it’s for body, mind and soul.

“Healing has a lot to do with information transmission and information exchange, so that you then nourish and rebalance the body with healthy information.” (Larissa Israel von Trotha, sound therapist)

With the help of instruments rich in overtones, like singing bowls, strings, drums and others as well as tuning forks, she can relieve pain and heal illnesses. A conversation about vibrations and energy fields, biochemical processes and metaphysics – and her key experience in India.

Larissa Israel von Trotha received international degrees in London and at the Sorbonne in Paris (MA Music Management, MA Educational Sciences, BA European Studies). From 2002 to 2012 she led creative music education projects for the Berlin Philharmonic, also in collaboration with Carnegie Hall, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Salle Pleyel, the Salzburg Easter Festival and the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence. As a freelance sound healer and coach, she lives and works in Hanover.
