Thoughts and emotions have a direct, measurable impact on physical matter. In other words, thoughts are projections of energies and affect the reality we experience so that the latter reflects back to us our own state of mind. Consequently, we react based on how we perceive our surroundings and not based on how our surroundings really are.

Our perception is therefore determined by our state of consciousness. All matter is just a form of energy vibrating at different frequency levels and following the laws of resonance.
